Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Administrator on a fixed-term contract basis to support our engineering and quality assurance teams. you will join us to support a focused project to review, validate and consolidate product data. Using information from multiple sources, including ERP systems and Excel spreadsheets, you will create a single, accurate database of verified information, following established work instructions and standard processes to ensure data quality and consistency.
You will systematically check each item, identify and promptly escalate any non-conformances and complete the required quality documentation. This role would suit someone with strong Excel and data-handling skills who has excellent attention to detail. You will need to have a methodical approach, quickly get up to speed, delivering accurate and reliable work within a short-term project environment.
The Candidate
We are looking for someone who is confident working with data and has strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel. You will have excellent attention to detail and a meticulous approach to record keeping, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, organise your workload effectively and consistently deliver accurate work to deadlines.
You will be a proactive and enthusiastic self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable working with colleagues at all levels of the organisation. A flexible approach, willingness to learn and strong team ethic are essential, alongside the ability to work independently when required and contribute towards shared objectives within this fast-paced, short-term project.

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
