What We Offer
- Excellent salary based on experience
- Approximately £300–£500 per month in tips

The Role
As Head Waiter / Head Waitress you'll play a key role in delivering warm, knowledgeable and relaxed Michelin-star service.
You'll:
- Lead your section with confidence and professionalism
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure
- Work closely with our Sommelier and Kitchen teams
- Support and mentor junior members of the Front of House team
- Maintain the highest standards of service and attention to detail
- Help create an atmosphere that keeps guests returning time and time again
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience in a quality restaurant or hotel
- Is passionate about food, wine and outstanding service
- Leads by example with a positive attitude
- Has excellent communication and organisational skills
- Thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
- Wants to build a long-term career within fine dining
