We look after older adults over 65 with physical disabilities and memory problems, reaching the end of their lives. We are looking for a vibrant person who can improve the lives of our residents in the last stages of their lives. Aveland is very popular for delivering high-quality activities; we would like to hire someone to take our reputation to the next level.

Skills and knowledge required:
· Care Qualifications (mandatory)
· Care sector experience (mandatory)
· Creative in developing wellbeing activities for staff and residents
· Excellent communication skills
· In-depth understanding of British Culture and historical events
· Have a clean manual driving license

Role of a wellbeing coordinator:
· Plan wellbeing activities for residents
· Plan team-building activities for staff
· Organise outside entertainers
· Plan and arrange residents’ outings.
· Display weekly activities timetable
· Document the well-being activities offered on care records
· Communicate with families
· Collect the social history of the new residents
· Plan person-centred activities
· Flexibility in working weekends
· Manage social media
