E-commerce Operations Assistant (Hybrid) – Taunton
We’re looking for an ambitious E-commerce Operations Assistant based in or around Taunton to join our fast-growing e-commerce business and help take our brand to the next level.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in e-commerce. No previous experience is required – we’ll provide full training and teach you everything you need to know.
Every skill you’ll learn has been developed through building a successful e-commerce business and will be taught directly by the founders. These are highly valuable, real-world skills that are transferable and will benefit you throughout your career.
What you’ll be doing
* Helping grow our Amazon business (full training provided)
* Helping grow our independent e-commerce website
* Providing excellent customer service
* Analysing software and data to identify growth opportunities across Amazon and Google
* Supporting day-to-day business operations
* Managing stock ordering and inventory
* Assisting with supply chain and logistics
* Using AI tools to improve efficiency and help grow the business
* Supporting new projects as the business continues to expand

* Eager to learn new skills
* Comfortable using technology (an interest in AI is a bonus)
* Able to drive
* Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
* Positive attitude and willingness to take on responsibility
