You'll support sales and management teams with daily administrative tasks to help grow equipment sales and meet targets. You'll build excellent relationships with customers and suppliers through phone, email and Microsoft Teams.
Key responsibilities:

Processing and organising deliveries for sales orders

Raising purchase orders with suppliers and matching supplier invoices

Organising equipment returns to suppliers
-
Producing proof of deliveries for customers

Dealing with invoice queries
-
Handling calls from customers, branches, suppliers and sales teams
-
Identifying and quoting spare parts
-
Raising quotes for air conditioning equipment
-
General administration including filing sales and purchase orders
-
Processing warranty claims
-
Refrigeration or air-conditioning experience would be advantageous
-
Experience of working in sales and purchasing departments

Good organisational skills with ability to prioritise work to meet service needs

IT literacy in Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)

Ability to develop and manage excellent customer relationships with internal and external customers
