Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our barber shop. The Receptionist will greet clients, manage appointments, handle payments, answer phone calls, and help create a welcoming atmosphere that reflects our commitment to excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist clients as they arrive at the shop.
Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments using the booking system.
Answer phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally.
Process payments and maintain accurate cash and card transaction records.
Maintain client records and update customer information as needed.
Support barbers by coordinating appointment flow and communicating schedule changes.
Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable.
Promote shop services, products, and special offers to customers.
Monitor and replenish retail displays and front-desk supplies.
Handle customer concerns or complaints courteously and escalate issues when necessary.
Assist with opening and closing procedures as required.
