Job Description:
Premiserv are currently recruiting two School cleaners to work in our lovely school in Chorley (PR7 area)
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including offices, classrooms, restrooms and communal spaces.
- Dust, mop, sweep, and vacuum floors to maintain cleanliness.
- Clean mirrors, and other glass surfaces to ensure clarity and shine.
- Dispose of waste and recycling in accordance with company policies.
- Restock supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and cleaning materials as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Follow health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks.
Skills
- Proven experience in school cleaning is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas needing improvement.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with colleagues and clients.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting or prolonged standing.
- You MUST have a clean, valid Enhanced DBS
- You MUST have the Right to Work in the UK
The hours are fixed at Monday to Friday 3.30pm - 6.30pm - 3 hours per day - 15 hours per week. You will only work 43 weeks out of 52 so this site is based on Pro Rata - £12.71 per hour - Monthly pay (No holidays allowed during term time)
