Hot Slots Casino located in Plymouth (The Broadway Plymouth). This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team within the actively expanding and driven business working as a cashier assistant.
We require friendly, well presented individuals who can provide the public with excellent customer service and have great money handling skills. The casino aims to deliver a very high standard of interaction to our valued customers giving them the maximum VIP experience.
Responsibility for cashiers
- Key holding position
- Interact with the public on a daily basis to provide a front line customer service
- To maintain a clean and safe environment to a high standard within the casino
- Ensure total compliance with the licensing objectives associated with The British Amusement Catering Trade Association (BACTA)
- Follow the "THINK 25" programme provided and be confident in challenging customers
- Implement promotions and endorse recommended loyalty scheme to customers
- To comply with all company procedures as required
- Be responsible and accountable when cash handling within the company
- When required offer flexibility of working hours (Day/Evening shifts, holiday cover etc.)
- Placing engineering service calls for our head office when needed
- Serving Hot/Cold refreshments and snacks
