We’re looking for motivated people to join our nationwide team (HQ in Canvey Island, Essex) as Industrial Roof and Cladding Operatives.
Pay & Perks
- 95% of projects are bonus incentivised. This means that on top of your day rate, you will qualify for a bonus.
- Pay Structure: Depending on experience & qualifications:
- General Labourer Entry Level - £14–£17/hour (starting rate)
- Skilled Labourer Entry Level - £19–£22/hour
- Lead / Operative Entry Level - £24–£30/hour
- Choice of fortnightly or monthly pay
- Weekend work available at request + monthly performance bonus
- All business-related expenses including site travel reimbursed weekly
- £30/day stop-over allowance for overnight jobs
- Company Fleet vehicles for Lead Operatives
- All tools, workwear & PPE provided
Career Development
- CSCS Card required for site access
- Paid training & trade certifications (IPAF, SSSTS, First Aid, NVQs etc.)

Hours & Work-Life
- Monday-Friday, on site-hours 08.00-15.00
- Weekend availability on request (or No weekends!)
- Nationwide site work – some stop-outs required
