Team Leader Required – (Learning Disability Project)
Job Title: Team Leader
Hourly Rate: £13.50 per hour
Hours per Week: 15 hours
Work Hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm (varied)
Days of Work: Monday to Friday (may include evenings/weekends)
Location: 36 Spencer Road, BD7 2EU
We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to oversee the delivery of high-quality care and lead a team of Support Workers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, support, and motivate a team to deliver person-centred care.
- Develop and oversee care plans in line with CQC standards and the Care Act 2014.
- Ensure staff compliance with health and safety, safeguarding, and organisational policies.
- Identify training needs and promote staff development.
- Maintain accurate records and liaise with external professionals.
Essential Requirements:
- Proven leadership experience in health and social care.
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
- Knowledge of the Care Act 2014, safeguarding, and CQC standards.
- IT proficiency for communication and record-keeping.
- Flexible to work unsociable hours.
Desirable:
- UK driving licence.
- Bilingual (Urdu/Punjabi).
