We are currently seeking a professional cleaner to join our team. As a cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in various set areas in the school. This is a vital role in ensuring a safe and healthy environment for staff, pupils and employees.
Duties:
- Perform general cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize classrooms, toilets and other common areas
- Empty bins and replace liners
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when supplies need to be replenished
- Follow established safety procedures and guidelines
- Adhere to company policies and regulations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning is essential
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Excellent time management skills to ensure completion of assigned duties within designated timeframes
- Knowledge of proper handling and disposal of cleaning chemicals
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
The position is working term time only and salaried over 12 months.
Hours of work: 15.15- 17.45 Mon - Fri
