Join an organisation that believes people deserve extraordinary support.
At Flourish Healthcare & Support, we don't simply provide care. We support autistic adults and individuals with learning disabilities with complex needs to live meaningful, independent lives in their own homes. Our specialist supported living service in Sheffield, opened as a brand new development of 9 bespoke apartments and has quickly developed an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality, person-centred support. We are proud of our values, our stable workforce and our commitment to continually improving the lives of the people we support. As we continue our planned growth across South Yorkshire, we are looking for an exceptional Operations Manager to join our leadership team.
This is not a traditional Deputy Manager role.
We are looking for someone who naturally takes ownership, leads from the front and enjoys making things happen.
About the Role
Working alongside our Registered Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of our specialist supported living service.
You will lead operational delivery, develop our people, drive quality improvements and ensure outstanding outcomes for the individuals we support.
Following a structured induction and appropriate training, you will be trusted to make decisions, solve problems and manage the day-to-day operation without waiting to be directed.
We are looking for someone who sees what needs doing and gets it done.
