The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting our jewellery sales team. You will be a key contributor to the success of our showroom, assisting in general shop maintenance and merchandising of vintage and modern jewellery items. You will primarily help with assisting in showroom duties and provide outstanding customer service by liaisoning with customers, and prioritising sales.
This is a full time role; 5 days per week. 5 years of retail jewellery experience is essential.
Responsibilities
- Assist with jewellery merchandising and shop displays
- Coordinate scheduling with clients and sales team members
- Lead client correspondence
- Coordinate jewellery repairs
- Handle customer enquiries and issues
Qualifications
- 5 years or more of retail jewellery sales experience (preferably in the private sector)
- GCSE or A Levels
- Customer-service oriented
- Interest in jewellery
