Salary: £24,108.67 - £29,704.50pa (depending on hours, qualifications, and experience)
Hours: 42.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday | Shifts between 8:00am–6:30pm
Contract: Permanent, all year round

We are a small-scale, welcoming nursery where children are known and valued as individuals. Our approach is centred around each child’s interests, natural curiosity, and individual learning needs, creating a nurturing environment where children can learn through play, develop independence and grow in confidence. You will work across our baby, toddler, and preschool rooms, providing high-quality childcare and supporting children’s development. This is a great opportunity for both experienced and newly qualified practitioners, with opportunities for progression in a supportive team.

Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality early years care and education in line with EYFS
- Support and promote positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Maintain a warm, welcoming, and inclusive environment
- Observe and track children’s development and communicate with parents/carers
- Ensure all nursery policies and procedures are adhered to
About You
- Minimum Level 2 Early Years qualification (full and relevant)
- Previous experience as a nursery practitioner or similar role
- Strong commitment to outdoor learning and inclusive practices
- Excellent communication skills with parents and colleagues
- Eligible to work in the UK
