Part-Time Administrative Assistant (Care Sector)
Location: Laindon, Essex (SS15)Hours: Part-Time – 15 hours per week (Monday, Wednesday & Friday, 9:00am–2:00pm)
We are looking for a reliable and organised Administrative Assistant to join our friendly care team based in Laindon.
This is an office-based role supporting the day-to-day running of a busy care service. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of administrative and compliance tasks, helping to ensure the smooth operation of the service while providing support to both carers and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- General office administration and data entry
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Supporting compliance and audit requirements
- Liaising with carers, clients, and external professionals
- Assisting with scheduling and coordination tasks
- Supporting the management team with day-to-day administrative duties
About You
- Previous administration experience is preferred
- Experience within the care sector is essential
- Confident communicator with excellent organisational skills
- Able to prioritise workload and work independently
- Competent using Microsoft Office and computer systems
- Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
