What we are looking for -
- A genuine focus on supporting people with learning disabilities as they learn and gain independence in a working environment.
- The ability to work collaboratively with staff, volunteers, and trainees to ensure the kitchen operates to the highest standards.
- A flexible approach to a 365-day operation, including the availability to work weekends, bank holidays, and during seasonal periods to ensure consistent service for our residents and trainees.
- A proactive attitude, with the ability to step in as needed to support our partnership with the United Welsh Housing Association and our wider project goals.
