We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Manager to oversee and manage a new build housing project in Wrexham.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all site operations are conducted efficiently, safely, and in compliance with regulations. This role requires strong leadership skills, communication skills and excellent time management abilities.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily site operations, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Manage site staff, including subcontractors and labourers, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and enforce safety standards.
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including reports on progress and any issues encountered.
- Implement effective time management strategies to optimise workflow and productivity on site.
- Work and communicate with subcontractors.
- Resolve any conflicts or issues that arise during the construction process promptly and effectively.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in New Build Housing is essential
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- SMSTS, 1st Aid. CSCS essential.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong leadership capabilities with excellent communication skills to liaise with various subcontractors.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field would be advantageous.
