Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator
Location: Hockley, Essex
Full Time: Monday to Saturday (with one weekday off in lieu)
We are a long-established, independent estate agency based in Hockley, with an excellent local reputation and a friendly, supportive team. Due to continued success, we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator to join us.
The Role
As part of our sales team, you will play a key role in helping buyers and sellers throughout the property sales process. Your responsibilities will include:
- Contacting existing and prospective clients by telephone to advise them of new property listings.
- Arranging and conducting in person property viewings with potential buyers.
- Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers to achieve successful sales.
- Building strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service.
- Keeping accurate records and updating our property database.
About You
The ideal candidate will be:
- Friendly, very confident and professional.
- An excellent communicator with strong telephone and face-to-face skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Organised, smart, proactive and customer-focused.
- Previous estate agency or direct sales experience is preferred but not essential for the right candidate with the right attitude.
Essential Requirements
- Full UK driving licence.
- Use of your own vehicle for business purposes.
- Willingness to work Monday to Saturday, with one weekday off in lieu.
