Vault Menswear – Retail Sales Supervisor (Full-Time)
Are you an experienced retail professional with a passion for fashion, leadership, and delivering exceptional customer service? Vault Menswear is looking for a confident and motivated Retail Sales Supervisor to join our team.
As a Retail Sales Supervisor, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the store, leading by example on the shop floor, and helping to drive sales while creating an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.
Key responsibilities:
- Support the Store Management team with the daily operation of the store.
- Lead, motivate, and inspire the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Drive sales performance and help achieve store and individual sales targets.
- Coach and develop team members to maximise their potential.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Ensure excellent product knowledge across the team.
- Assist with stock management, deliveries, and inventory control.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
- Take responsibility for the store in the absence of management when required.
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in a retail supervisory or senior sales role.
- A strong background in sales with a proven ability to achieve targets.
- A passion for fashion and an awareness of current retail trends.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- A positive, proactive attitude with the ability to motivate others.
- Outstanding customer service skills and a genuine enthusiasm for helping customers.
- Flexibility to work weekends and peak trading periods.
