Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Porter to join our busy pan asian hospitality team
Duties
- Handle the fryers, be able to read checks efficiently
- Washing, peeling, and preparing ingredients for cooking and service
- Cleaning pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment to high standards
- Maintaining cleanliness of work surfaces, floors, and storage areas
- Assisting with waste disposal and recycling procedures
- Supporting the serving team during busy periods as required
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or catering environment is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates
- Familiarity with food preparation, cooking techniques, or culinary environments is advantageous
- Experience in hospitality or serving roles can be beneficial but is not mandatory
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills within a fast-paced environment
