Job Overview
We are seeking a qualified Electrician to carry out a range of planned and reactive electrical maintenance works across residential and commercial properties. This role involves fault finding, repairs, testing, inspections, and minor installation works, ensuring electrical systems remain safe, compliant, and fully operational.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance works.
- Diagnose and repair electrical faults efficiently.
- Complete electrical testing, inspections, and certification, including EICRs.
- Undertake minor electrical installations, alterations, and upgrades.
- Ensure all work is completed safely, in line with current regulations and company procedures.
- Meet service level agreements and performance targets.
- Maintain accurate records and complete relevant job documentation.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent qualification.
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671).
- Ideally Inspection and Testing qualification (2391 or equivalent)
- Experience carrying out maintenance, repair, and installation work.
- Strong fault finding and problem solving skills.
- Good understanding of health and safety requirements.
- Basic IT skills for completing reports and documentation.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
