About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking site cleaner. This role involves maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment . The successful candidate will play an important role in helping the company operate efficiently and safely. Ideally a 0900 start ,there is flexibility on this to suit applicants who have dependents to look after.
Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning and tidying of offices, toilets and welfare facilities.
- Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming designated areas.
- Segregating and disposing of waste in accordance with site procedures.
- Ensuring walkways, entrances, and communal areas remain safe and free from hazards.
- Reporting any maintenance issues, hazards, or safety concerns to site management.
- Following all site health and safety regulations and wearing appropriate PPE.
Requirements
- Previous cleaning experience, in a factory environment, is desirable but not essential.
- Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physically fit and capable of carrying out manual cleaning duties.
- Understanding of health and safety procedures.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Due to location, a driving licence may be required
