Electrician / Electrical Subcontractor Required – Stockport HMO Project
We are looking for an experienced and suitably qualified electrician or electrical team to complete the electrical works on an ongoing HMO refurbishment project in Stockport.
The property has already had electrical works started and we require an electrician to take the remaining installation through to completion, testing and certification.
Scope of Works
- Review existing electrical installation and completed works
- Complete any outstanding first-fix electrical works
- Complete full second fix once areas are ready
- Install and connect sockets, switches and lighting
- Complete electrical connections to kitchen and associated appliances/services
- Complete bathroom/shower room electrical works as required
- Complete smoke/heat detection and HMO-related electrical requirements
- Complete consumer unit/final circuit works as required
- Test and inspect completed installation
- Rectify any defects identified during testing
- Final commissioning and certification of completed works
We are ideally looking for an electrician who can take ownership of the remaining electrical package and deliver the installation through to final sign-off.
Rate
£225–£300 per day depending on experience, qualifications and output.
Alternatively, a fixed labour price can be agreed for the complete outstanding electrical package following a site visit/review.

Applicants must be appropriately qualified, have their own tools and test equipment, and be able to provide the required electrical certification for their works.
