Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and professional Nail Technician to join our vibrant beauty clinic on a temporary basis, covering maternity leave. Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of nail treatments including manicures, pedicures and gel nails, with precision and creativity.
- Deliver exemplary customer service by welcoming guests warmly, addressing their needs, and ensuring a memorable experience.
- Manage front desk duties including appointment scheduling, client check-in/out, and handling enquiries efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and sterilisation standards in accordance with health regulations.
- Manage social media accounts by posting engaging content to promote services, special offers, and client transformations.
- Assist with guest services by offering personalised recommendations and ensuring clients feel valued throughout their visit.
- Support management tasks when required, including organising appointments and maintaining client records.
Skills
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role within the beauty industry.
- Proficiency in nail extensions and basic nail art advantageous.
- Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Proficiency in front desk operations including appointment booking systems.
- Exceptional communication skills to engage confidently with clients and team members.
- Organised with attention to detail in all aspects of work from treatments to administrative duties.
Pay: £12.21-£14.00 per hour
