At RDCP Care, we're looking for caring and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our team at Heeley Bank Residential and Nursing Home.
Conveniently located close to Sheffield City Centre, Heeley Bank provides a caring and homely environment for up to 67 residents. We support older aged adults and people living with dementia, providing both residential and nursing care.
As part of our passionate and supportive team, you'll play a key role in making a positive difference to the lives of those we care for every day.
We have two opportunities available to join our team, working either day shifts or nights. Heeley Bank benefits from a well-established team, with a low number of current vacancies and strong clinical support in place.
Support Structure: You will work closely with our experienced staff group and Management team including a Deputy Manager, Clinical Lead Nurse, Nurse Registered Manager and Nurse qualified Regional Manager.
Position Details
- Shift times: 07:45-20:00 or 19:45-08:00
- Full-time hours available
- £21.50 per hour
- Working on a rota basis, including weekends and bank holidays

Responsibilities
Will include but are not limited to:
- Care planning: Formulating, reviewing and updating person-centred care plans to reflect residents’ needs, in consultation with residents, relatives and healthcare professionals, in line with NMC guidelines and company policies.
- Medication administration: Administer prescribed medications and maintain accurate documentation in accordance with company procedures and NMC guidelines.
- Monitoring resident wellbeing: Identify and report any ill health amongst residents and arrange GP or professional visits where required.
- Leadership and supervision: When acting as Nurse in Charge, supervise the care team and ensure clear and concise handovers at the end of each shift.
- Multidisciplinary working: Liaise with healthcare professionals to ensure residents receive the highest standard of care.
