Duties
- Assist in the preparation and processing of chocolate ingredients according to established recipes and safety standards
- Operate machinery and equipment used in chocolate production, ensuring proper functioning and safety compliance
- Follow strict food safety protocols, including HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) procedures, to maintain product integrity
- Conduct quality checks on finished products, ensuring consistency, appearance, and taste meet company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, adhering to food safety regulations at all times
- Measure ingredients accurately using basic math skills to ensure precise formulation of products
- Support team members during various stages of production, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment
Qualifications
- Basic understanding of food safety practices and HACCP principles
- Mechanical knowledge or experience operating manufacturing equipment is a plus
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow detailed instructions precisely
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks with energy and focus
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and recording production data
- Prior experience in food production or manufacturing is advantageous
