Part Time School Cleaner - 10 hours per week

£12.85/hour (over 18). Under 18 - £8.00/hour. Permanent position.
10 hours per week (15:30 to 17:30, 2 hours per day, Monday to Friday), mostly school term time only (41 weeks per year).
Devonport High School for Boys requires a part time cleaner to clean the school buildings and provide an appropriate level of cleanliness throughout a designated area.
Tasks will include vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, damp wiping and emptying bins. The start date for this position will be 03/09/26.
Please be aware that this job is mainly during school term times (this is 38 weeks per year and then an additional 30 hours of deep cleaning per year which is done during school holidays, 15 hours during the Easter holidays and 15 hours in the Summer holidays).
Successful applicants will require DBS clearance prior to starting work and the DBS check expense will be met by the school.
