Spiritfilled is an established and award-winning whisky cask broker, independent bottler and warehouse owner. Due to the success and growth of the company over the last few years, we are now looking for a Social Media Assistant to join our dynamic team and help drive our continued success.
The purpose of the role is to manage and grow our presence across Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for social media, content creation and digital marketing who enjoys engaging with online communities and maintaining a consistent brand voice.
Working two days per week, you will be responsible for planning, creating, scheduling and monitoring content that promotes our products, services and brand.
Key Responsibilities
· Create engaging social media content for Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
· Plan and schedule posts using social media management tools.
· Ensure all content reflects the company's brand identity and tone of voice.
· Monitor comments, messages and engagement, responding where appropriate or escalating enquiries to the relevant team.
· Source or create images, graphics and short-form video content.
· Promote company news, products, events and customer success stories across social media channels.
· Monitor social media trends and suggest new content ideas.
· Track engagement and basic performance metrics, providing a simple monthly report.
· Maintain a content calendar and ensure posts are published consistently.
· Work with colleagues to gather content, photographs and updates from across the business.
Skills & Experience
· Previous experience managing business social media accounts.
· Excellent written communication and proofreading skills.
· Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
· Experience using Canva or similar design software.
· Ability to create attractive graphics and simple video content.
· Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
· Self-motivated and able to work independently.
· Knowledge of social media scheduling platforms is essential.
Pay: £106.00-£125.00 per day
