We are seeking a motivated and organised Sales and Administration Assistant (Part-Time) to support our team with a variety of clerical and customer service tasks. Duties
- Answering phone calls with professional etiquette and directing enquiries appropriately
- Managing customer records and updating databases accurately
- Assisting with sales processing, including order entry and follow-up communications
- Performing data entry tasks efficiently whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy
- Organising appointments, schedules, and correspondence to support team activities
- Supporting invoicing and billing procedures
- Maintaining organised filing systems both digitally and physically
- Providing general administrative support such as photocopying, scanning, and preparing documents
- Ensuring the office environment remains tidy and well-organised at all times
Experience
- Previous office or administrative experience is desirable but not essential
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with data entry, clerical tasks, or using accounting software
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential
- Ability to type accurately at a reasonable speed to handle correspondence efficiently
- Familiarity with basic office equipment and software tools will be beneficial

Pay: £16,000.00-£18,000.00 per year
