Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Administrator to join our team!
We are looking for a reliable and organised Full time or Part-Time Administration Assistant to support our busy office team. The role involves a variety of administrative and customer service duties, including:
· Booking in and amending deliveries with all customers
· Updating the pallet tracker, booking pallets out on CHEP and ordering pallets
· Scanning and saving PODs (Proof of Delivery documents) to the company filing system
· Downloading PODs from the 3rd party haulier portal and matching them with invoices
· Matching delivery notes with purchase invoices
· Sending customer statements
· Chasing outstanding payments
· Answering telephone calls and assisting with enquiries
· General administrative duties including filing, scanning and document management
Skills & Experience:
· Good organisational and administrative skills
· Attention to detail and accuracy
· Confident using Microsoft Office and computer systems
· Good communication skills
· Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently
· Previous office/admin experience preferred but not essential
· Knowledge of basic accounting or bookkeeping practices is a plus but not required
