With over 30 years’ experience establishing and managing car parks, Britannia Parking has earned the reputation for being one of the most respected operators in the UK. We are looking for Client Service Administrators to join our team based in Bournemouth, on a 6 months fixed term basis.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join a growing team and develop their internal Customer Interactions and administration skills. Working within the Customer Service department, either in the ANPR or Customer Service team, you will be responsible for processing ANPR tickets using different software systems, dealing with appeals from the public and handling general queries from our car park users via telephone, email and letter.
General duties and responsibilities
- Processing ANPR contraventions, validating photos, checking for payments and DVLA requests
- Dealing with ticket appeals from first point of contact to the final resolution
- Dealing with general enquiries via telephone, email and letter
- Answering the telephone, taking messages and directing calls where required
- To input and process data effectively and accurately and within agreed time frames
- Taking payments for season tickets and parking fines
- To accurately follow all offices procedures, whilst ensuring a high level of client satisfaction is achieved at all times
- To work as part of the team, sharing and rotating responsibilities and responding to changing priorities when required
- To drive improvement by suggesting ways to work more effectively
- To follow all relevant legislation and codes of practice at all times, and keep up to date with any changes
- General duties, post, photocopying and scanning
Key knowledge and Skills
This role is computer based, so experience using computers and Microsoft packages is a must. It is also advantageous to have previous experience using computers with an ability to use dual screens and navigate through different tabs and software systems (both general and bespoke) efficiently.
Also, as you will be talking to our client’s customers and car park users over the phone, a clear professional telephone manner is essential.
You will have excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage your time effectively and have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to respond quickly to changing priorities is extremely important to us, as well as the ability to plan and prioritise your own work. We are a fast-growing team, so the ability to build relationships and work well with your colleagues is key.
This role is high pressured at times, so you will need to be able to remain calm and collected when dealing with complex cases.

Pay: £27,983.52 per year
