About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Corporate Operations Admin Manager to oversee and optimise our day-to-day corporate operations.This role is key to ensuring that business processes run efficiently while supporting strategic growth across the organisation.The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership to improve operational performance, manage internal processes, and ensure that company objectives are delivered effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily corporate operations to ensure efficiency and productivity for BMW, BYD and Hyundai
- Develop, implement, and improve operational policies and procedures
- Monitor business performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Manage cross-departmental coordination and communication
- Support senior leadership with operational planning and strategy
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards
- Manage budgets, debtors, resources, and operational reporting
- Lead and mentor operational teams to deliver high-quality results
- Account Management and attend regular reviews with key accounts
Requirements
- Proven experience in an Operations Manager, Corporate Operations, Vehicle Sales Admin management or similar role
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with business management and reporting tools
- Experience within the automotive industry or premium sales environment is essential
