Overview
We are seeking a versatile and friendly individual to join our team as a combined Bar Person, Waiting Staff, and Housekeeper. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic hospitality environment, delivering exceptional service and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving beverages, assisting with meal service, and ensuring the cleanliness of guest areas. Previous experience in hotel or hospitality settings is advantageous. This position is paid and suitable for individuals who are enthusiastic about working in a lively, customer-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve drinks and organise bar areas efficiently while adhering to licensing laws and health & safety regulations
- Take food and beverage orders from guests with professionalism and courtesy
- Assist with setting up dining areas, ensuring tables are clean, well-presented, and ready for guests
- Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms, corridors, public areas, and staff facilities in accordance with hotel standards
- Replenish supplies such as towels, toiletries, and cleaning materials as needed
- Ensure guest requests are handled promptly and courteously to enhance their experience
- Support the team during busy periods by assisting with general hospitality duties as required
- Follow all health & safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel or hospitality environments is preferred but not essential
- Knowledge of hospitality practices including bar service and guest relations is advantageous.
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
- Friendly demeanour with strong communication skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work shifts including evenings and weekends as required

Pay: £12.21-£13.50 per hour
