Primary Learning Support Assistant (SEN) – Start ASAP

We are currently recruiting Learning Support Assistants to work within a specialist primary setting supporting children with a range of special educational needs and complex learning difficulties. We are looking for positive and dedicated individuals who can provide both educational and emotional support, helping pupils to achieve their full potential in a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment.

Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting pupils within the classroom and throughout the school day
- Assisting with learning activities tailored to individual needs
- Encouraging communication, confidence, and independence
- Supporting social and emotional development
- Working closely with teachers and other professionals to ensure pupils receive the support they need
- Assisting with personal care where required
- Promoting a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment
