Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements or reservations
- Take food and beverage orders accurately, ensuring prompt and friendly service
- Serve food, drinks, and beverages including catering orders, with professionalism and efficiency
- Prepare cocktails, or coffee beverages as needed, following safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area, including tables, counters, and service stations
- Handle guest inquiries or complaints with positive attitude and resolve issues promptly
- Support bar operations by bartending or barista duties when required, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality roles such as serving, catering, or restaurant work
- Experience in bartending or barista duties is highly desirable
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage confidently with guests
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Familiarity with restaurant operations and customer service best practices
- A proactive attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding hospitality experiences
Pay: £8.00-£12.71 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 10.0 per week
