The ideal candidate will be the welcoming face of our shops—someone who isn't just trying to make a quick sale, but who is genuinely kind, understanding, and always ready to listen to our customers' needs. If you are proactive, target-driven, and love face-to-face customer service, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Excellence: Engage with customers face-to-face, taking the time to listen to their needs and guide them toward the right e-cigarette and vaping solutions.
- Drive Healthier Lifestyles: Use your knowledge of vaping products to support customers on their journey to quitting smoking and switching to healthier alternatives.
- Sales & Targets: Proactively work towards hitting daily/weekly sales goals and targets to help drive business growth.
- Operations & Tech: Efficiently operate our computers and electronic till systems to process transactions, manage inventory, and log customer data.
- Multi-Site Flexibility: Travel between our local store locations as required to support the team.
- Store Standards: Maintain a clean, welcoming, and fully stocked environment.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Vaping Knowledge: A strong understanding of electronic e-cigarettes, liquids, and vaping hardware is essential.
- The Right Attitude: Naturally kind, empathetic, patient, and an excellent listener.
- Sales Experience: Proven experience in face-to-face retail or customer service, with a track record of meeting targets.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using computers, modern POS till systems, and basic software.
- Valid Driving Licence & Vehicle: Must be able to drive and have access to a vehicle to facilitate working from multiple local locations.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, great time management, and the ability to work independently whilst being a supportive team player.
