Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality hair styling and barbering services tailored to client preferences
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting clients warmly and understanding their needs
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Communicate effectively with clients to discuss styles, treatments, and aftercare advice
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and products in hairdressing and barbering
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to ensure smooth daily operations
- Uphold professional standards in appearance, behaviour, and hygiene at all times
Requirements
- Proven experience in hair styling and barbering, with a strong portfolio of work
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable manner
- Knowledge of current hair trends, techniques, and colour treatments
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Organised with good time management skills to handle multiple appointments effectively
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in hairdressing or barbering are preferred but not essential for entry-level candidates
- 2 years experience favourable
Pay: From £25,000.00 per year
