Sales Team Manager – Higher Education Partners
Brighton (Hybrid – 3 days office / 2 days home)
£40,000 + Bonus.
Are you an experienced Sales Team Leader, Sales Manager, Contact Centre Manager, or Enrolment Manager who has successfully led high-performing sales teams to achieve ambitious targets?
Higher Education Partners (HEP) is looking for a proven people leader to manage and develop a team of Enrolment Specialists responsible for converting prospective students into enrolments on our university partner programmes.
This is not a retail management role. We are specifically seeking candidates with experience leading sales, enrolment, recruitment, admissions, or contact centre teams in a target-driven environment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading, coaching and developing a team of Enrolment Specialists
- Driving sales performance, conversion rates and enrolment targets
- Monitoring KPIs including speed to lead, pipeline activity, conversion and revenue performance
- Conducting regular coaching sessions, call reviews and performance conversations
- Managing performance and creating a high-accountability, high-support culture
- Using data and reporting to identify opportunities and improve team outcomes
- Acting as a key escalation point for team and student queries
What We're Looking ForEssential
- Previous leadership experience managing a sales or enrolment team
- Proven track record of driving sales performance and achieving targets through others
- Strong coaching, mentoring and performance management skills
- Experience working within a KPI-driven environment
- Ability to analyse data, identify trends and take action to improve results
- Excellent stakeholder and communication skills
