The Role
We're looking for a hands on Assistant Manager to support the running of our front of house team and day to day operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants genuine involvement in the running of a business, with a clear path to grow into the Restaurant Manager role and further senior positions as you prove yourself.

This role comes with a genuine opportunity to share in the success you help create. After a three month trial period, we'll sit down and agree the terms of a profit share arrangement, giving you a direct stake in the restaurant's performance. We want the right person to feel like they're building something of their own, not just filling a shift.
What We're Looking For
- Strong business acumen. Comfortable with budgets, targets, and day to day commercial decision making
- Proven people management skills. Recruiting, training, rota planning, and getting the best out of a fantastic team
- Excellent people skills. A natural communicator who builds rapport with our staff, customers, and suppliers alike
- Knowledge of marketing would be favourable
- French speaking would be an advantage, though not essential
- Knowledge and interest in traditional arts, culture is helpful as well

Pay: From £45,000.00 per year
