Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our founding baking team for Kubabka (@kubabka on Instagram) as we scale across multiple Farmer Market stalls in the lead up to our flagship store opening in London.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting our Head Baker with preparation, baking, finishing and packing - maintaining our high attention to details, quality and taste.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for those with a keen interest in baking and kitchen work who want to join the founding team of a fast-growing business.
We are looking for someone to join on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays at our production kitchen in Little Milton - exact timings can be discussed and are relatively flexible .
We have a lovely, cool, spacious bakery in a cottage with free parking and a friendly atmosphere :)
Duties
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients and food items according to specified recipes and standards
- Prep fillings and dough
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including washing utensils and equipment
- Support the team during busy periods, helping with various tasks as needed
- Bake, finish and pack the products ready for sale!
Experience
- Previous experience in food production or food preparation is preferable. The best candidates will have 1+ years in a professional environment.
- Knowledge of cooking techniques, baking, and culinary practices is mandatory.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are essential for maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene.

Pay: £12.00-£15.00 per hour
