About Us
We are a busy and well-established outside catering company, providing exceptional catering for weddings, corporate events, private parties, and special occasions. We are looking for a motivated and organised Office & Events Coordinator to join our friendly team and help ensure the smooth running of our office.
The Role
As our Office & Events Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for customers and play a key role in supporting the day-to-day administration of the business. You will coordinate every detail of their event, prepare all event documentation, and ensure a smooth handover to our Operations team, who will take responsibility for delivering the event on the day.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organisation, administration, customer service, and working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries by telephone and email.
- Manage event bookings from confirmation through to operational handover.
- Liaise with clients to confirm menus, timings, guest numbers, venue details, dietary requirements, and special requests.
- Prepare quotations, booking confirmations, invoices, and event paperwork.
- Produce detailed function sheets and event briefs for the Operations team.
- Coordinate equipment hire, supplier bookings, and any additional event requirements.
- Maintain accurate booking calendars and client records.
- Process deposits and final Invoices
- Work closely with the kitchen and Operations teams to ensure all event information is accurate and complete.
- Communicate any amendments or last-minute changes before handover.
- Provide general office and administrative support as required.

· Previous experience in event coordination, catering, hospitality, or an operations role is essential.
