The Role
Are you an experienced Nursery Manager ready for something bigger than a standard single-site role?
We are looking for an exceptional leader to manage one of our largest and most established nursery settings while also taking on exciting cross-site leadership responsibilities across our nursery group.

Alongside leading your own nursery team, you’ll work closely with our Senior Management Team to support wider group initiatives in areas such as:
- Quality improvement
- Staff mentoring and development

- Curriculum and learning
- SEND and inclusion
- Safeguarding and compliance

Essential Requirements
- Level 3 childcare qualification or above
- Previous Nursery Manager experience
- Strong EYFS and safeguarding knowledge
- Excellent leadership and organisational skills
