We are extraordinary people creating extraordinary experiences. #ExtraordinaryTogether
The Bicester Collection was founded on a simple idea and a rebellious spirit: 12 luxury shopping destinations, 1,500 boutiques, and 1,500 colleagues representing 63 nationalities. Our people are the reason we win - and the reason we continue to grow.
Supporting our 9 European Villages, our central People team is hiring a Senior Reward Manager.
The role
As part of the Reward team, you will lead the Benefits and Wellbeing across our 9 UK and European villages. The role ensures programmes are competitive, compliant and aligned to a strong employee experience focus.
It also offers a clear pathway into a broader rewards role, with increasing exposure to compensation. Ideal for a benefits specialist looking to expand their scope, the role supports progression into a more integrated, end-to-end reward remit over time.
Location: Bicester Village (Hybrid and Min 2 days a week in office)
What you'll be doing
A few of the key responsibilities in this role:
- Own and lead the end to end benefits and wellbeing strategy across Europe, ensuring programmes are competitive, compliant and aligned to the employee value proposition
- Act as a centre of excellence for benefits, providing senior guidance to HR and building strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders across the business
- Manage key vendor and broker partnerships, ensuring strong governance, cost effectiveness and high-quality service delivery
- Deliver reward insights, analysis and projects, driving data-led decision making, continuous improvement and broader transformation initiatives
- Contribute to the overall reward strategy, bringing benefits expertise alongside growing compensation accountability, while ensuring robust governance, risk management and compliance
What we're looking for
We foster a culture of winning together, and we work hard to ensure everyone is supported to succeed. To thrive in this role, you'll bring:
- Proven Senior Reward professional (7–10+ years) with strong expertise across both benefits and compensation, ideally within a multi-country European environment
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate autonomously in complex, fast-paced organisations
- Solid experience in key compensation areas including job evaluation, pay structures, benchmarking and annual review cycles
- Strong commercial and analytical capability, with advanced Excel skills and experience managing external partners (e.g. brokers, vendors, survey providers).
- Excellent communicator with sound judgement, able to translate complex reward concepts into clear, employee-centric solutions
What we offer
A warm welcome, the chance to build an ever-evolving career story, and benefits designed around your lifestyle, physical, mental and social wellbeing.
Our commitment
We're proud to be a diverse and inclusive employer — and we mean it. The best ideas come from people who don't all think the same, and we welcome applications from every background. Come as you are.
The Bicester Collection exists to be experienced in the real world. To be actual, not virtual. To be lived. We'll never stop evolving. Are you ready for the challenge?
