Work for Orbit. Believe in people.
The role
Orbit is delighted to be recruiting for four Paralegal's to join us for a period of 6 months to work on a property specific project, in line with our transformation programme.
In this role you will provide focused document review and verification support to the Governance and Legal Services team on Orbit’s Third-Party Management Project. You will also provide a review of AI-assisted summaries of leases and transfers to verify the accuracy of key information against a set of pre-designed review questions, producing robust, clear and reliable records of property obligations, rights and third-party management arrangements.
The postholders will work quickly and precisely to identify discrepancies and gaps between AI-generated outputs and source documents, helping to strengthen Orbit’s relationships with managing agents and wider understanding of key obligations and responsibilities across the portfolio.
This will be a primarily remote based role, with occasional travel to one of our Orbit sites to meet with the team - this can be Coventry, Erith, Kent, Hastings, Sussex or Norwich.
This role is part of Technology & Information where you'll help us give colleagues the infrastructure, support and insight they need to be brilliant.

-
Provide administrative and project support to assist delivery of Orbit’s Third-Party Management Project and related strategic initiatives.

-
Support the delivery of key measures and reporting to support project delivery within the required timescales.
-
Coordinate with other key project roles to ensure an effective, aligned and collaborative project delivery.
-
Assist senior colleagues with project monitoring, action tracking and stakeholder updates.
-
Contribute to the wider programme of work to strengthen Orbit’s relationships with managing agents, supporting the organisation’s readiness ahead of regulatory inspection.
