Job Summary
No Visa (Cos) Sponsorship available. 3 shifts a week at 12-hours a shift. You will be working with a single client and therefore will not be expected to travel door-to-door to help multiple clients.

Responsibilities
- Assist residents or clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility, always prioritizing dignity and comfort
- Support the implementation of individual care plans tailored to each person's needs and preferences
- Maintain clear and open communication with residents, families, and the wider care team to ensure consistent, high-quality care
- Use IT systems to update records, document care provided, and track progress accurately
- Promote a safe environment by adhering to health and safety guidelines and reporting any concerns promptly
- Engage in meaningful conversations and activities that encourage social interaction and mental stimulation
Qualifications
- Experience working in a care home or providing home care is highly desirable
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English to ensure clear understanding of care plans and instructions
- Basic IT skills for maintaining digital records and documentation
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect empathetically with residents or clients
- Knowledge of developing or following care plans to deliver personalized support
- A caring attitude combined with patience, reliability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Pay: £12.71-£14.50 per hour
