At Home Instead, we provide high-quality, relationship-led care to older adults in their own homes across Edinburgh. We are looking for compassionate and reliable individuals to join our growing team as Care Professionals.
What you’ll do
As a Care Professional, you will support clients to live independently and comfortably at home. Duties may include:
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Assisting with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Preparing meals and helping with light household tasks
- Supporting with medication
- Accompanying clients to appointments or social activities
- Minimum of 1 hour visits
- Recording tasks , activities and notes on our app

- A caring, patient, and friendly nature
- Good communication skills
- Reliability and a strong sense of responsibility
No prior care experience is required—we provide full training and ongoing support.
