About the Role
You’ll work across a variety of venues, each offering a different experience:
- Whisky Bar – premium whiskies and the service bar for our main restaurant, Aspects
- Laggan Bar – our main bar, open all year round, with a relaxed, social atmosphere
- Morlich Lounge Bar – stylish lounge bar and service bar for Giovanni’s Restaurant
- Aviemore Bar – lively sports bar, popular for our daily Sky Sports coverage
You’ll also support our busy conference and events bars across multiple large-scale venues:
- Osprey Arena – over 1,000 capacity
- Peregrine Suite – around 500 capacity
- Food Court Bar – opened during events in our 650-capacity auditorium, another high-energy function space
We host conferences, weddings, parties, live events, and major functions all year round — making this a dynamic, sociable, and exciting place to work.
