Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Commercial Project Manager to lead and oversee our commercial construction projects during daytime hours. This role involves coordinating multiple stakeholders, managing project timelines, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects that meet quality, safety, and budget standards. Duties
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, resources, and budgets using Primavera P6 project management software.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project specifications are met on time and within scope.
- Monitor project progress daily, adjusting schedules and resources as needed to stay on track.
- Conduct site visits using Civil 3D software for detailed civil engineering design assessments and ensure compliance with design standards.
- Manage procurement processes, including sourcing materials and services necessary for project execution.
- Oversee safety protocols and ensure all team members adhere to health and safety regulations during daytime operations.
- Maintain detailed documentation of project activities, changes, and issues for transparency and future reference.
- Prioritize tasks effectively through excellent time management skills to meet deadlines consistently.
Skills
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 for project scheduling and resource management.
