Weston Recovery Services are a family business based in the South West of England. Our head office is based in Weston-super-Mare, with another site in Wellington, Somerset.
We offer services to the large motoring organisations such as The AA and the RAC. We attend broken down vehicles and attempt roadside fixes or recover them to their destination. Some of this work involves accident recovery work.
This job is an exciting opportunity, as no one day is the same. Its a fast paced industry with a mixture of local and distance work, different customers and different vehicles in different scenarios.
We are looking for people with a valid B+E driving licence to use our 4x4 and trailer combinations to recover and transport vehicles all across the country. You must have less than 6 penalty points and a valid digital tachograph card (we can assist you to apply for this if required). You will be expected to pass a driving assessment for this role so we suggest you have previous trailer towing experience. You must be able to carry out basic roadside tasks such as wheel changes, jump starts, and diagnostic code reading (equipment provided).
This role is based on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, working either a 7am to 7pm shift or a 7pm to 7am shift (night shift comes with a shift allowance of additional £2 per hour).
Full training and PPE will be provided.
