Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Supervisor to lead and motivate our retail team, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient store operations. Duties
- Lead, motivate, and supervise team members to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory control, and merchandising displays.
- Provide training and coaching to staff on sales techniques, product knowledge, phone etiquette, and organizational skills.
- Oversee team scheduling to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours while optimizing time management.
- Monitor sales performance data to identify opportunities for growth and implement strategies accordingly.
- Maintain effective communication with team members, customers, and management to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Requirements
- Proven management or supervisory experience in retail or a related field.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued.
- Demonstrated experience in team management, sales management, and merchandising.
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in administrative tasks.
- Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining high standards of phone etiquette and customer service.
- Prior experience in retail management or supervising teams in fast-paced environments is preferred.
